Simple and
transparent pricing

Q: Why is it a starting price?

The starting price covers everything listed in the package. It goes up if you need more, for example packaging for twelve products instead of three. You get a fixed quote before we start, and it doesn’t change.

Q: Can I start with a Sprint and add more later?

Yes. If you book Brand + Launch within six months of a Sprint, what you paid for the Sprint comes off the price.

Q: What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of questions after launch. After that, Brand Care gives you up to one day of design help a month for $450, and you can cancel any time.

Q: Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Brand + Launch can be split into three payments: at booking, at the midway presentation and at handover.

Q: What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel before the start date, you get the booking payment back minus $200 for the preparation. Once work has started, you pay for the weeks done so far.
